Important Notice to Patients and Creditors of Innovative Men’s Health Solutions LLC

Innovative Men’s Health Solutions LLC previously filed a Chapter 11, Subchapter V bankruptcy case in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, Case No. 25-12896-CMA. That case has been dismissed. I previously served as Manager during part of that process, but I am not presently in control of, or responsible for, the clinic’s day-to-day operations, and this notice should not be read as an endorsement of any current business, clinical, or billing practices. It also appears that the legacy staff many patients previously dealt with are no longer available in the clinic’s day-to-day operations.
If you are a current or former patient and have concerns about your care, prescriptions, billing, refunds, or access to records, you may contact me so there is a clear record of your concern by calling or texting the Patient Care Line at 206-408-1455, or by writing to patientcare@innovativemenshealth.com.
If you are a creditor or vendor with unpaid invoices or questions about amounts owed that arose before, during, or after the Chapter 11 case, you may also contact me at the same number and address so that your claim or concern can be clearly recorded.
